Lodging Fees

Reservations
- No reservation will be confirmed without a deposit.
- A 50% deposit of trophy fee is required. Balance paid at the end of trip, and must be paid with cash, cashier's check, or travelers' checks. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Cancellations
- If you cancel within 30 days of arrival date, your deposit is forfeited.
- If you cancel within the requested timeframe, your deposit will be refunded.
